CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation within 2 weeks of the scheduled appointment will result in deposit/booking fee forfeiture & you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (maximum cancellation fee $150). RESCHEDULING POLICY You may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Any rescheduling after this time frame will result in deposit/booking fee forfeiture & you will need to rebook your appointment with another deposit/booking fee. LATE/NO SHOW POLICY If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment or no show, your deposit/booking fee will be forfeited, you will be charged a 50% no show fee (maximum no show fee $150), & you will be asked to reschedule. DEPOSIT POLICY Deposits are in place 50% of price, with a cap of $150. Your deposit comes off your total at appointment. GUEST/CHILDREN POLICY You may bring an adult guest, but please do not bring any children with you to your appointment. PERMANENT JEWELRY POLICY All sales are final and no refunds shall be granted. If your permanent jewelry breaks off within a week of receiving it, you can book a free reweld. Anything after this time frame will be charged the standard reweld fee. PREVIOUS PMU/TATTOO POLICY If you have any previous PMU/tattoo in the area, you are required to contact me with clear photos of your previous work for approval before booking. Not all previous work can be corrected or covered. If you come in to your appointment with previous work without prior approval & it cannot be corrected, your deposit/booking fee will be forfeited, you will be charged a 50% fee, & informed about lightening/removal services. REFUND POLICY No refunds will be given under any circumstances. Since the canvas is your living skin, we cannot guarantee how a tattoo/PMU will heal, nor how it will age over the years. Please follow the aftercare instructions given by your artist for the best outcome. ***YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT*** *TATTOO PREPARATION* •No self tanner or lotions for 24 hrs prior. Aquaphor is okay! •Be sure to eat before your appointment, especially for large tattoos! *PERMANENT MAKEUP* PREPARATION •***Lip Clients- MUST take medication if prone to cold sores.*** Your lips cannot be dry for the appointment. Exfoliate 5 days before your appointment to remove any dry skin and moisturize continuously. Cold sores are a risk of lip blush tattoo. It is recommended to all of my clients to take L-lysine as directed at least 1 week before/after the appointment to reduce the risk. If you have a history of outbreaks, you will be required to go to the doctor for an anti-viral medication PRIOR to any lip procedure to help avoid an outbreak. *14 DAYS PRIOR* • Discontinue use of all skin thinners (facial products containing Retinoid/Retinol/Retin-a, Vitamin A, Tretinoin, Glycolic/Lactic/AHA Acids, or any type of exfoliation) • Discontinue fish oil/tumeric supplements, antibiotics, or steroids • No tanning/sunburn • No Botox, Disport, or facial fillers within 14 days prior • No chemical peels, facials, derma-rolling, or micro-dermabrasion until after healing is complete • No electrolysis *24 HOURS PRIOR* • Any waxing or brow shaping should be done at least 24hrs prior to your appointment • No drinking (not even one glass of wine!) • No blood thinners (aspirin/ibuprofen/Niacin) *DAY OF APPOINTMENT* • Fill in your brows how you usually do so I can see what you’re used to. Feel free to also bring in any pictures you like for inspiration. • No caffeine • No exercising • Be sure to bring your ID for paperwork. I MAY BE UNABLE TO TATTOO UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: Please review the following & reach out if any apply to you BEFORE booking so we can discuss if you would be a candidate, just need a doctors note to proceed, etc. • Under the age of 18. (16 minimum with parent/guardian signature, parent & minor must have valid ID). • Pregnant or breastfeeding. • Chemotherapy - must be 1yr+ after treatment, consult with doctor. • Blood thinning medications - consult with doctor & stop medication 48hr prior. • Antibiotics - book at least 3 days after last dose. • Prone to keloid scarring or hyperpigmentation. • Sunburnt, overly tanned skin, or skin conditions in area to be tattooed (eczema, acne, rash, etc) - can affect how you heal. • Sick with cold/flu/anything that may be contagious or you have symptoms for - we can reschedule! • *PMU Only* Epilepsy - consult with doctor. • *PMU Only* On hormone altering medications in the past 6 months (Accutane, Spironolactone, etc) • *PMU Only* Using any medical grade skincare lines or dermatologist prescribed medications - most will need to be stopped up to 60 days before PMU, see preparation section. • If you have any medical conditions or are on any medications (any autoimmune diseases, cancer, thyroid, diabetes, steroids, etc.) - please inform me PRIOR to booking. You may not be a candidate for PMU/tattoos or you may need to consult your doctor. If you fail to inform me of any medical conditions/medications & I am unable to tattoo you, your deposit/booking fee will be forfeited & you will be charged a 50% fee.
